Greatcare is a customized TR Band Radial Manufacturer in China. TR Band Radial is widely used in cardiac interventions to help healthcare professionals effectively control post-procedure bleeding and improve patient safety and comfort.
1. Product Introduction of TR Band Radial
TR Band Radial primarily consists of fixed plate, dual airbags (including an airbag pad and an airbag tube with a balloon), an inflation assembly, and Velcro welding. The product can also be equipped with an optional combination set that includes a pump (needle-free syringe). It is used for temporary compression hemostasis at the radial artery puncture site.

● It effectively addresses the complexity and safety concerns of traditional radial artery compression hemostasis methods.
● The compression pad uses dual airbag pressure regulation, allowing for micro pressure adjustments (increasing or decreasing compression force as needed).
● The fully transparent design enables healthcare professionals to easily monitor bleeding at the arterial puncture site.
● The single-sided suspended bracket design effectively prevents venous reflux obstruction.
● The soft airbag compresses the blood vessel, reducing discomfort for the patient.
4. Direction for use of TR Band Radial
● Prepare for clinical sheath removal by aligning the marker on the airbag with the puncture site and placing it 0.5 cm above the puncture site. Then, wrap the movable end of the securing strap around the wrist, thread it through the buckle on the other side of the fixed plate, and tighten the Velcro to secure it in place.
● After slowly withdrawing the sheath halfway, secure the Velcro, then use the syringe to inject air into the dual airbags to increase the airbag pressure.
● While holding down the pressure plate, slowly remove the sheath.
● Check for bleeding at the puncture site. If bleeding is observed, increase the airbag pressure using the syringe. If there are signs of abnormal skin color or temperature, or if the arterial pulse is weak, reduce the airbag pressure.
● While holding down the pressure plate, fully remove the sheath. Check for bleeding at the puncture site. If bleeding is observed, use the syringe to increase the airbag pressure. If there are signs of abnormal skin color or temperature, or if the arterial pulse is weak, reduce the airbag pressure.
● Depending on the patient's individual condition and the size of the puncture site, the airbag compression intensity and duration may vary. The specific adjustments should be determined by the healthcare professionals based on the situation, and the hemostasis status should be regularly checked during the process.
● After the hemostasis process is complete, loosen the securing strap. Remove the hemostasis device only after confirming there is no bleeding. Disinfect the puncture site with an alcohol swab, and then apply an adhesive bandage (or sterile patch). After loosening the securing strap, instruct the patient to avoid bending the wrist on the puncture side for a period of time to prevent rebleeding.
